Technical Support
Civiltech offers an optional support and maintenance package with all of
its software products, providing free product version updates, all maintenance
releases, and technical support for the duration of the support period. Support
is delivered either online (live support) or by phone by highly qualified
customer service engineers.
Learning services - Training and events
Civiltech provides hands-on training to use of its software products.
Videos and webinars are also offered.
Civiltech incorporates learning services into software products and
believe that all content, whether instructional courses or online reference
documentation, should be relevant, engaging and intuitive to use.
